do you provide the drinks you serve?

we are a BYO bar service so we don't provide the drinks. we will however help you work out how much you will need! 

what kind of drinks can you serve?

we serve wine, beer, soft drinks & cocktails. we don't have the equipment to serve beer from a keg but can sub hire it at an additional cost.

do you provide any decorations?

no. but we can! things like vintage festoon lighting, flowers & bespoke bar menus. you're more that welcome to decorate the van in any (non permanent) way you like! 

do you have insurance?

we sure do! we have van & public liability insurance.

do i need to organise any other licenses to have bimbo bird & the fox at my event?

all of our staff are rsa trained & we have our own insurance. if your venue/space requires you to apply for permits or licenses, you'll need to obtain these. we're happy to help with the process!

do you require power & water?

we don't require water, however in some situations we may require connection to power. 

how big is bimbo bird & the fox?

our uber cool van is 5 metres long, 2 metres wide & 2.5 metres high!

do you take away the rubbish?

we don't take the rubbish home with us, however we will bag it up for you so it's nice & easy to deal with the day after.

do you travel to events?

hell yes! we love a good road trip. we don't charge travel fees for event locations within a 50km radius of seymour, victoria. for events located outside of this area, we charge $1 per kilometre travelled.
